These terms govern your use of WhatsInfi, a WhatsApp customer-communication platform. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including that of teammates you invite.

2. Acceptable use

You may only message people who have agreed to hear from you, and you must follow WhatsApp’s and Meta’s policies. No spam, unlawful, deceptive or abusive content. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.

3. Plans and payment

Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance through Razorpay and renew until cancelled. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Plan limits, such as devices and monthly messages, apply to your account.

4. Your data

You own your contacts, conversations and content. You grant us permission to process them solely to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Third-party services

The service depends on WhatsApp, Meta, Razorpay and other providers. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes by those providers.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Continued use means you accept the update.
