Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations and refunds work at WhatsInfi.

Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing and can be dropped at any time.

Cancelling a paid plan

You can cancel renewal from Account → Billing at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for; you will not be charged again.

Refunds

If you are charged in error, or are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment on a plan, write to us and we will review a refund. Renewal payments are not refundable once the new period has started, unless the charge was made after you cancelled. Add-on credit packs are non-refundable once used.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and typically reach you within 5–7 working days.
