This policy explains what WhatsInfi collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account details — name, email, phone and billing information you provide.
• Workspace data — WhatsApp conversations, contacts and files that you and your customers send through the platform.
• Usage data — device and log information used to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, process payments, send account notices, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Only with providers needed to operate the service: WhatsApp / Meta for messaging, Razorpay for payments, hosting and email providers, and AI providers when you enable AI replies. Payment card details go to Razorpay and are never stored by us.

Your customers’ data

For the contacts and conversations in your workspace, you decide what is collected and how long it is kept; we process it on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message them.

Retention and deletion

Workspace data is kept until you delete it or close your account. You can request export or deletion at any time.

Security

Workspaces are isolated per account, access is role-based, and two-factor sign-in is available.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data by writing to us.
