Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free includes one WhatsApp number, the shared inbox, AI auto-replies and an online store on a WhatsInfi link. Custom domains and UPI payments come with paid plans, and paid plans remove the “Powered by” footer.

Will I get my number banned?

We cannot promise what WhatsApp will do, but the platform is built to keep you on the right side: approved templates, audience segments, send-rate controls and opt-out handling. Connecting through the official Cloud API is the safest route.

QR device or official Cloud API — which should I use?

Start with a QR device to be live in minutes. Move to the Cloud API when you need approved templates, catalogue messages, native forms or OTP delivery. Both share the same inbox.

What counts as a device?

One connected WhatsApp number, whether paired by QR or linked through the Cloud API. Your plan sets how many you can connect; teammates are not counted.

How does billing work?

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly through Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets). Tax is added at checkout and every payment gets a downloadable invoice. Change or cancel any time.

Who owns my data?

You do. Workspaces are isolated per account, and chats are only deleted when you choose to delete them.

Can my whole team use it?

Yes. Invite managers and agents — they work inside your account with the access level you choose, without needing their own plan.
